So I guess this is the part where I tell you about myself, and how I'm secretly filled with the urge to unleash my pent up anger on the world - hence my reason for creating this blog. If you came here expecting that, I'm afraid you're going to be sorely disappointed.
What you'll find instead is a long, sometimes boring story chronicling my journey from a small town in Pennsylvania to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This blog is not meant to change the world, or even really accomplish anything. It's meant to be an honest look into the mind of a girl who's got a dream and as ridiculous as it may seem, plans to follow it.
With that said, I'm sure you're wondering what this mystical dream of mine is. (If you're not, you probably should leave now. The rest of this is going to get awfully boring for you.) My dream is simple: I have no idea. I know I want to live my life, have fun, and travel the world. Right now, my path to that is going to school at LSU and becoming an English teacher overseas. It's most likely going to change at least a dozen more times before I graduate in 2015, but that's where my heart lies for now.
This blog is going to be a way for me to tell the tale of my journey, beginning right now. I'll attempt to update daily, though I'm making no promises. Here's to new beginnings, starting with the brutal honesty only someone with very little world experience is willing to use.
